Dear Anil,

Depending on the mode of travel plan your journey - will arrange to pick you up any which ways!! If you are planning to fly as you had mentioned earlier - you will arrive into Baroda at about 1030hr on jet air which connects well to Kingfisher red from Goa in the morning Dep 0630hr.

If my assumption is right - then this is perfect. I would recommend looking for the best travel option for yourself and other things can be managed.

Cheers,
Rajiv

Hello Everybody!!

Due to certain unavoidable circumstance we have made a slight change in the dates of the event. The fresh dates are 3rd to 7th Feb. Plan to gather together on 3rd and start the flying from 4th Feb. The return journey can be planned on 7th Feb which is a Sunday.

I remain at your disposal for any form of assistance that may be needed by the visiting pilots.

Regards,
Captain Rajiv

The first ever Pavagadh Paragliding Festival was a great success. The even got wide coverage in press and TV.

Pilots from many places from India enjoyed great (sometimes not) flying conditions, Gurpreet registered a record of 58 km cross country. Most flights here lasted over 1.5 hours and some pilots achieved altitude in excess of 2000M.

Feedback received from the pilot said that the flying is very smooth as there is no turbulence because of flat land all around.

Here are some pictures: http://www.flickr.com/photos/cyberorg/s ... 378289942/

Special thanks to Captain Rajiv for organizing this and all the pilots who participated, hope we Barodians can carry on flying here.

Regards

Hi,

Hat's off to Mr. Rajiv for organizing the event.
Although being close to the site I missed the crowd and
the flying due to some imp. work commitments.
Wish to join next time...

Cheers!
